Joe attended Temple University for Jazz Guitar Performance and graduated summa cum laude in 1998. He has performed as a soloist, in small and large ensembles and bands, as a musical director and a band leader in clubs, restaurants, resorts, ballrooms, casinos, cruise ships, and theaters for thousands of people over the last 25 years. 

Joe currently resides in Cape May County and performs in that area often as well as in his home town of Philadelphia.
